So I found a really nifty feature on my Beachbody Club* site and I wanted to share! One of my biggest struggles in my healthy habits make-over is how to plan a healthy menu. The Beachbody meal planner tool is great at spelling it out for me so I can learn what constitutes a well balanced diet (I learn best if I have examples to follow). The recipes for everything (so far) have been included in the weekly menu the tool spit out for me.
I’ve been a member of Beachbody for two years now and I had no idea it would help me plan my meals! Everything from breakfast to snacks and even dessert. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you really should. And if you’re not using Beachbody products, like I am, check with your own, favorite website to see if they offer a similar feature. Or, feel free to join!
Also, I’ll have future posts dedicated to books I love about this very subject. If I find a way to use and love it, I’ll definitely share it with you!
