Whether we’re writing code or prose (or in my case, both), we writer-ly types spend a lot of time on our buttocks. I think we’re all well aware of what that does to not only our backsides, but to the rest of our bodies as well.
It’s important that we take the time to take care of ourselves. The effects of exercise on our brains can only benefit us as we build new, fictional worlds to escape into, or build programs to make the real world better to live in.
With that in mind, we’re holding monthly Boot Camps, so our bodies can support our creativity, and you’re invited.

We will work together to select a fitness solution that meets your needs and helps you achieve your personal goals. There are several fitness packages available for Boot Camp to make sure you feel challenged yet confident during your fitness experience.
For busy (and possibly introverted) writers, one of the greatest benefits of our Boot Camp is that you can do it without leaving the comfort of your own home, and in some cases, you won’t even have to leave your computer. Less time commuting to, and waiting at, the gym means more time writing!
Your fitness program includes a nutrition guide that has been prepared by a team of nutritionists and dietitians, and tailored to that specific workout program.
The Boot Camp Package also includes a 30-day supply of an incredibly yummy nutritional power house made from clean whole foods sustainably sourced from around the globe.
When you join a Writer’s Fitness Plan Boot Camp, you will receive 1 on 1 support from me – a writer who knows what it’s like struggling to fit exercise nutrition into out busy lives. Together we will work toward your fitness and nutrition goals.
You will also have access to a private, fun, supportive community of people just like you! You will be surrounded by new friends who are committed to getting fit. This support system is set up to keep you accountable and motivated throughout Boot Camp and beyond.

Please understand space is limited in order for me to provide personal coaching for each participant. Once the spaces for Boot Camp are filled, applicants will be moved to a waiting list for the next Boot Camp. Boot Camp Packages start at $140.
