What are you cooking the veggies in? Aldo, can you add peas and corn and count an extra half yellow container in the serving?

If divided into 5 equal servings, what is the breakdown of the values for the meal? How many red containers, how many green, etc.?

This dish is SO yummy! and so easy/ convenient! I love meals that are easy to dissect. (each serving is one red and one green container)

Thanks for this! I used 5 veggie and 5 protein and it made about 1 1/2 cup per serving. Very filling!! I used eggplant, zucchini, carrots, tomato, mushrooms. I used half ground turkey and half ground lamb. I haven’t seen lamb on the 21dfx lists but I wanted to use what I had.

Hi! I thought tomatoes were a fruit so they were a purple container? I JUST started 21 day fix so I may be completely wrong here.

So I decided to double this recipe. So I could freeze a bunch of containers for work and also have a meal to serve my family. So I used 2lbs of ground beef. Some how that
Measured to be 5 1/2 reds??? Hmmm. So my portions turned out to be 1 red and 2 green… It actually worked out ok since I get the max amount of containers, this way i can get my greens in.

This was DELICIOUS, not to mention easy. I used carrot, green pepper, a bit of asparagus, and some frozen peas/carrots/corn/lima beans to square out the 4 cups. Also used a can of diced tomatoes for more sauce. Will for sure make again!

I was under the impression that the red container is 3/4 cup and not 2/3’s a cup. So that is a big confusing but I will be making these for my lunches for the rest of the week. I have been doing 21 day fix since last Sept. So its been about 1 year now.
